Launch Operations Board

Launch Situational Awareness

The SpaceApp Launch Operations Board transforms live launch intelligence into a high-visibility operational display designed for rapid situational awareness.

The board provides a clear view of what is launching now, what launches next, and what follows—without requiring operators to navigate complex charts or multiple data sources. Powered by the SpaceApp Mission Decision Intelligence Platform (MDIP), the board continuously presents governed launch information collected and normalized through SpaceApp's cloud intelligence infrastructure.

Red Light Wave

Launch schedules are constantly changing. A mission may move from an estimated date to a confirmed launch time, enter an active launch phase, or transition to a completed outcome. SpaceApp preserves these distinctions instead of treating every published date as a confirmed launch event.

The Launch Operations Board identifies each mission using operational lifecycle states:

UPCOMING — A future launch with actionable scheduling information.

IN FLIGHT — A launch currently executing.

COMPLETED — A mission that has reached a terminal outcome.

TBD — A planned mission without a defensible launch time.

UNKNOWN — A mission whose current operational state cannot yet be reliably determined.

Mission outcomes such as SUCCESS, FAILURE, and PARTIAL remain independent from operational lifecycle, preserving the distinction between where a mission is in its lifecycle and how the mission ultimately performed.

Please contact customer support with any questions or concerns.

Active Launch Priority

Missions classified as IN FLIGHT automatically receive the highest display priority.

The next actionable scheduled mission is prominently displayed with its T-0 or available launch window.

UPCOMING, IN FLIGHT, TBD, UNKNOWN, and completed outcomes are visually distinguished using high-contrast operational status indicators.

Wavy Circles

Built on SpaceApp Intelligence Infrastructure

The Launch Operations Board is not an independent launch tracker.

It is a presentation layer powered by SpaceApp's existing cloud intelligence infrastructure, where launch information is collected, normalized, validated, preserved, and distributed through the SpaceApp MDIP environment.

This allows the same governed mission intelligence to support dashboards, operational applications, analytics, AI agents, engineering workflows, and future mission systems without creating separate sources of truth.
